Billing Process

Claims Submission: After each visit, we submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf.

Billing Statements: You will receive a billing statement reflecting any remaining balance after insurance has processed the claim.

Payment Due: Payments are due upon receipt of your billing statement. We offer various payment options for your convenience.
Payment Options
To make the payment process as easy as possible, we offer several payment options:

Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards.

Checks and Money Orders: We accept personal checks and money orders made payable to Butterfly & Blossom Psychiatry, PC.
No Show or Late Cancel?
We prioritize both your time and care quality. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, allowing our professionals to focus entirely on your needs. Missed appointments and late cancellations disrupt our schedules and hinder care access for others.

For appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time, Butterfly & Blossom Psychiatry may assess a no-show fee as described in our Appointment No-Show and Late Cancelation Policy.
