Billing Process

Before your first visit: We'll review your insurance (if applicable) and discuss payment options.

Insurance Verification: Coverage and benefits are verified prior to your appointment.

Claims submission: Claims are submitted to your insurance on your behalf when applicable.

Billing statements: You may receive a statement for any remaining balance after insurance processing.

Payment timing: Payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of your statement.

Payment Options
To make the payment process as easy as possible, we offer several payment options:

Missed or Late Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Missed appointments and late cancellations can limit access to care for others.​

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee may apply.

If you need to make a change, I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible--I understand that things come up.
