  • Depression

  • Autism

  • Bipolar Disorder

  • Stress & burnout

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Focus & organization challenges

  • Mood changes

How I support you
  • Thoughtful evaluation

  • Personalized treatment planning

  • Medication management (when appropriate)

  • Ongoing support and follow-up care

Many people seeking psychiatric care are balancing work, school, family responsibilities, stress, or emotional exhaustion while trying to manage everyday life.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns and working toward meaningful improvement.

Together, we take the time to better understand what's going on, create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs, and help you feel more supported, balanced, and confident moving forward.

Follow Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes and allow us to check in on how you're doing, adjust your treatment as needed, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

The frequency of visits is personalized based on your needs, and we'll decide together what works best for you.
