About Me
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a thoughtful, personalized approach to care. I work primarily with women who may appear to have everything together on the outside, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted beneath the surface.

I understand how difficult it can be to carry so much while still trying to show up for everything and everyone around you. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and no longer have to navigate it all alone.

Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s going on, create a treatment plan that fits your real life, and help you feel more clear, focused, and like yourself again.
