About Me
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for children, teens and adults across Colorado.
I understand how overwhelming anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, mood changes and other mental health challenges can feel while trying to manage everyday life. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
Together, we'll work to better understand what's going on, develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs, and help you feel more balanced, focused, and supported.
